I lived at the Chalfonte for 3 years and I was really happy there :) The location is perfect, super close to restaurants, supermarkets, cafés, etc, and at the same time you still have the windows facing quiet streets to sleep, study or work. The smart design of the units are great, and you have small studios with a very good division of the living and cooking space. After living in a studio for one year I moved to a unit with a sun room, which added so much light and coziness to the house.

I lived here when I moved to DC and took the place site unseen. I had a 1 bd that was HUGE! (1000sq ft) with a formal dining room and sunroom. I feel like I got a great value for money and loved the historic charm, excellent location, and superb management. I would have stayed, but I ended up buying a house right up the street!
